Are you productive or just “busy”?

In this episode of Big questions, Short Answers, we discuss practical ways to maximize your productivity. To begin, ask yourself this: Are you productive or are you just busy? 

Being over-committed and doing a lot of tasks makes our daily schedules pretty hectic. But, honestly, it can happen quite easily, quickly filling up a calendar to capacity (and suddenly you wonder where all your time went). 

Are the things you are doing in the last year actually productive? How does saying ‘No’ to an activity you don’t want to participate in help you be productive? These are questions that I answer in today’s podcast.

Critical thinking is a must in creating a plan on what things we should focus on and do. We can save a ton of time focusing on what is a priority and eliminating the things that don’t help us reach our goals. 

It is not always easy to remove commitments, but if it will not help you in the future, it’s better to let it go.
