Breakdown to breakthrough? 3 things I learned from a recent breakdown
In this episode of S*%! People Say, I’m getting real about what happens when, despite our best efforts, everything still seems to be going wrong. A breakdown is a physical manifestation of everything you’re feeling, and while it sucks at the moment, you can end up stronger on the other side.
It’s normal to not always feel 100% mentally healthy. Heck, I host a podcast giving people advice on how to take care of themselves—and yep, breakdowns hit me too. It helps to understand what your triggers are, identify patterns and have coping mechanisms in place to better help you manage.
