Dave Hersh is the CEO of In Tandem, where he leads efforts to foster collaboration between youth and organizations to drive meaningful change. Previously, he served as CEO of Character Lab, advancing research to help kids thrive, and spent nearly five years building education agencies’ capacity for systematic improvement. With a background as a CFO, attorney, and math teacher, Dave combines diverse experience with a passion for helping people and organizations grow. Outside work, he’s an endurance athlete who has completed Ironman triathlons, marathons, and open water swims.
