In this episode of Big Questions, Short Answers, we talk about how much sleep you need—versus how much sleep you’re actually getting. Sleep is the foundation for mental and physical wellness, but too often we don’t make it a priority.
Sometimes people don’t get enough sleep because they simply don’t put themselves in bed soon enough. But in other cases, people don’t get enough sleep because they think it’s a badge of honor—especially in the entrepreneur community. I used to believe this too, but I’ve found the opposite to be true: I’m much better in business (and other areas of my life) when I get enough sleep.
