Winning over challenging customers: why I love the process & you should too
Today’s topic is one that I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about and coaching people on: those pain-in-the-butt customers that make you want to pull your hair out. I totally love the process of winning over challenging customers, and if you change your mindset, you can enjoy it too.
There are many ways that a customer can be challenging: unreasonable expectations, lack of communication, lack of trust or maybe you just don’t vibe with them. But once you’ve put in the work, these people can often turn into your favorite customers.
